Collin College Veterans Resource Center The Veterans Resource Center (VRC) at Collin College connects students with resources to promote academic success. LOCATED AT SCC D-200/201 The Veterans Resource Center (VRC) at Collin College connects students with resources designed to ensure a smooth transition into college and foster academic success.
