My friend Anita sent me a video of some bottle brush trees being elevated in the most beautiful way!

I said ooohhh I have a bazillion bottle brush trees, I’m going to have to make something similar.

My Mom got me this clock a few years ago…it used to be teal but when we moved into the last house I painted it black to match better.

I haven’t been able to find a place for it at the new house so today I took it apart, added some flowers and bird transfers, painted the hands, touched up the black and now it matches perfectly in our bathroom.

Remember my post the other day?

My friend found this giant 36x36 print on clearance super cheap and asked if I could transform it for her into something beautiful.

She gave me some inspo pics and gave me free rein and this is what I came up with.

Over the past several months I’ve collected a bunch of different frames. Different shapes and sizes. Some more ornate than others. Some I added moulds to.

I originally had envisioned them all white on a beige wall behind my bed. I’ve thought about that for years but never did it.

Here where we live now the bed is in front of the window so they can’t go there and we can’t paint the walls cause we rent so I decided to paint the frames the same as the dresser I just finished and hang them above that.

I absolutely love how it came out.

It’s hard to see the detail on the frames from a pic but in person it’s really really pretty.
