Congratulations to our RIT team on an impressive 6th place finish out of 27 teams at the Palm Beach State Invitational RIT Competition. Competing alongside teams from across Florida, our members showcased the teamwork, determination, and skill that define the fire service.

We’re proud to continue seeking opportunities that challenge us to train harder, test our strength, and push our boundaries—because becoming better firefighters means building a stronger department for the community we serve. 👏🚒

Last month, we proudly welcomed 9 new firefighters into the ranks of Plant City Fire Rescue during our Pinning & Promotion Ceremony.

We also celebrated two well-earned promotions:
🔥 Dustin Lawson, a 7-year veteran, promoted to Driver/Engineer
🔥 Justin Glover, a 2-year veteran, promoted to Stand-Alone Paramedic

These milestones reflect the continued growth and strength of our department, and we are grateful for the dedication each member brings to serving our community.
