I have taken a few days and thought about whether to post, but I feel it is the right thing to do! The students and teachers from the 24-25 school year deserve recognition! State report cards went out last week and JE Terry made a 10 point gain. The academic growth went up 22.38, academic achievement went up 1.51, and absenteeism points increased 2.57 (meaning our chronic absenteeism went down), making our grade a 75 C! The 75 is up 10 points from a 65 D the previous year! JE Terry had the highest score increase overall in the district! We tied with Salem for 2nd highest elementary school!
I am proud of everyone that was a part of helping and educating our students. I know the teachers are too! We love all of our students and miss our JE Terry Family!
