Tonight, the voters have spoken, and while this isn’t the outcome we hoped for, I respect their decision and congratulate my opponent on their victory.
I want to express my deepest gratitude to everyone who supported this campaign. To every volunteer who made phone calls, placed signs, shared encouraging words, and believed in our vision for the future of our county—thank you. I am truly humbled by your trust, your friendship, and your commitment to our community.
Running for County Clerk has never been about politics alone. It has always been about serving the people of this county with integrity, professionalism, and a genuine desire to make local government work better for everyone. I remain proud of the positive campaign we ran and the conversations we had throughout this journey.
Thank you to our election judges, poll workers, and election staff who worked long hours to ensure every eligible voter had the opportunity to cast a ballot.
Although this chapter has come to a close, my commitment to this community has not. I will continue to serve where I can, support efforts that strengthen our county, and encourage thoughtful, respectful civic engagement.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you for believing in me. It has been one of the greatest honors of my life to earn your support. I am grateful for every person who walked this journey with me, and I look forward to what comes next.
