Thank you to Dr. Richard Faulkner for the great presentation on the Whiskey Rebellion and George Washington at Platte City's First Christian Church & to Sue VanAmburg for making some delicious whiskey cake (served with ice cream), & to the over forty attendees. it was a wonderful history presentation with a 'taste of history' to include sips of a type of tea once favored by George Washington.
