Registration Night for 6th graders returning to the district is August 11 from 12-6 pm and Registration for returning 7th/8th graders is August 12 from 12-6 pm.

What do we do at registration?

~Provide proof of residency (if not completed in online enrollment).

~Show proof of immunizations (as needed).

~Get your student’s class schedule (if immunizations are up to date & proof of residency was provided).

~Sign up for IPad Insurance.

~Put supplies in their locker (optional).

~Put money in their lunch account (optional).

~Buy Pirate Swag from the PTO.

If you’re unable to attend on August 11th or 12th, please come into the office any day after that date to receive your student’s schedule. The office is open Monday through Friday from 7:15am - 3pm.

Help make a difference for local students and families. 🧡🖤 Our District currently has more than $50,000 in outstanding student meal balances. Donations to the Negative Meal Balance Fund help reduce meal debt for families experiencing financial hardship. Every gift, no matter the size, makes an impact.

💻 Donate online (bit.ly/PCR-3MealBalanceFund) or make a contribution by check or cash. In-person donations may be dropped off at the District Education Center. Thank you for helping support students and families in our community!

We're back!!

Ali, Kristie and Val are officially back in the office and ready to kick off another terrific school year!

Please note: We may be out occasionally for training. To ensure we’re available during your visit, call us first at 816-858-2036.
🧡 School-Year Office Hours:
7:15 AM–3:15 PM (starting the first day of school)

📅 Important Dates to Know:
• July 28 (Noon–7:00 PM): New Family Assistance Hours
• August 11 (Noon–6:00 PM): 6th Grade Registration (pick up schedules, locker sign-up, put money on lunch accounts, etc.)
• August 12 (Noon–6:00 PM): 7th/8th Grade Registration (pick up schedules, locker sign-up, put money on lunch accounts, etc.)
• August 12 (6 –7:00 PM): New Pirate Tours/Parent Information Meeting (ONLY for students who are NEW TO THE DISTRICT)
• August 20 (6 –7:30 PM): 6th Grade Back to School Night (Meet each of your student's teachers and learn about their expectations)
• August 25: First Day of School
• September 1 (6 –7:30 PM): 7th/8th Grade Back to School Night (Meet each of your student's teachers and learn about their expectations)
