Help us shout out our AMAZING Admin-Assistant, Mrs. Julie Tyler, as our classified Firefly nominee-staff member for the month of September! Mrs Tyler is the person who will literally do anything that is needed in the office. Whether it’s helping families, supporting staff, solving a problem, or simply stepping in to make sure things run smoothly, she is always willing to jump in and help.

She greets our families with a smile every day, helping create a welcoming and positive first impression of Compass. She is also always ready to lend a hand outside the office—whether that means helping with car rider, covering for staff when needed, or taking on whatever unexpected task comes her way.

What makes Mrs. Tyler so special is that she does all of this with a consistently positive attitude. She brings energy, kindness, and a willingness to serve others to everything she does.

Mrs. Tyler, thank you for being someone we can always count on. Your willingness to help, your positive spirit, and the way you care for our students, staff, and families truly light the way for Compass!
