NCAVI is working hard to meet the growing needs in the North Country for services for those who are blind or visually impaired. Our team covers four counties (Clinton, Essex, Franklin and St. Lawrence) and we are making every effort to reach those who have asked us for assistance.

Please know that during the coming weeks we may be reaching out via telephone or video conference to discuss scheduling and assessments. We are very sensitive to the growing need to protect people throughout the region and will be following both local and state guidelines with regard to appropriate protocol for maintaining and/or rescheduling appointments.

Your patience and understanding are truly appreciated. Please reach out to our office if you have questions or immediate concerns.
