The partnership will be measuring its impact on six (6) community goals:

The North Country community as whole is responsible for the education and success of our youth. To help us remain accountable to every child in the Clinton and Essex County areas, the North Country Thrive Partnership plans to release a community report every year outlining the metrics to help us measure progress on the about six (6) community goals. The North Country Thrive Partnership exists to ensure that every citizen, regardless of age, has the opportunity to succeed from cradle through career and become a contributing member of society. North Country Thrive is a member of the Strive Cradle to Career Network. The national Cradle to Career Network launched in 2011 as a way to connect communities who are building cradle to career civic infrastructure using the Strive Framework. The State Cradle to Career Alliance Network enables members like Thrive to share expertise, identify and adapt programs that work and develop effective tools and resources that can be brought to break down barriers, along with supporting us at the national level.
