Yesterday, CPFD personnel from A-Shift and C-Shift participated in Truck Company Operations training hosted by Graham Fire Department.

The day consisted of hands-on training focused on ground ladder operations, window conversions, ventilation techniques, and chainsaw maintenance.

Training like this allows our members to sharpen their skills, learn new techniques, and remain prepared to provide the highest level of service to our community.

Training is essential to being prepared for any emergency.

Last night, Central Piedmont Fire Department personnel participated in Motor Coach Emergency Awareness Training, gaining valuable hands-on experience with bus construction, emergency exits, passenger extrication, and access points unique to motor coaches.
A special thank you to our instructors and Holiday Tours for providing this outstanding training opportunity. The knowledge and skills gained today will help us respond more safely and effectively when our community needs us most.
