Training doesn’t just happen at the station.

Last Saturday, our firefighters came together for a water response training exercise, utilizing various locations throughout Pleasant View to simulate real world scenarios.

Training in different environments helps our firefighters build confidence, improve coordination, and prepare for the challenges they may face when responding to emergencies in our community.

We look forward to welcoming everyone back the following week at Station 1 on Saturday, June 27 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Come meet your local firefighters, tour the station and apparatus, and learn more about the services we provide to our community!

Knowing CPR can make the difference between life and death in an emergency.

Join Pleasant View Volunteer Fire Department for our Community CPR Course on Saturday, July 11, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Station 1. This hands-on class will teach lifesaving CPR skills and provide participants with their CPR certification card upon successful completion.

Cost: $22.50 per person (includes CPR card)

What an incredible turnout at Station 3 for our Pleasant View Fire Department Scavenger Hunt! We loved seeing so many families come out, explore the station, meet our firefighters, and take part in the fun.

One of the highlights of the day was seeing all the smiles as the kids got to meet Sparky and learn more about fire safety in a fun and interactive way.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the day such a success. We can’t wait to see you at our next station visit on June 27 at Station 1.

What a great day at Station 4!

We loved welcoming families from across our community for a day of chalk art, station tours, snow cones, and fun. It was a beautiful day to connect with our neighbors, meet new friends, and give everyone a closer look at what we do.

Come Explore Station 4 (2425 Hwy. 49 E, Pleasant View) this Saturday, June 6th! Visit us between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. to decorate our parking lot. Bring chalk, chairs and blankets. Don`t forget to tour the station. We welcome you inside to see what Station 4 is like. Don`t forget to grab a snow cone or popsicle along with your passport for future stops!
