The Livermore-Pleasanton Fire Department would like to recognize the outstanding efforts of Engine 98โ€™s crew for their exceptional response to a recent cardiac arrest call.

During the most critical moments, when every second counts, there is a calm voice on the other end of the line, guiding, supporting, and coordinating help.

Our dispatchers are the unsung heroes of 9-1-1, working behind the scenes to bring order in the midst of chaos.

While their dedication deserves recognition every single day, this week during National Public Safety Telecommunicators Week, we take a moment to honor the incredible professionals at the Alameda County Regional Emergency Communications Center.

Thank you for your unwavering commitment, your strength under pressure, and your dedication to serving our community. We see you, we appreciate you, and we are grateful for all that you do. ๐Ÿ–ค๐Ÿ’›๐Ÿ–ค
