Today, our department received a truly special blessing as members of Crossroad Church stopped by to spend time with us. They generously provided a meal and more importantly, lifted our officers up in prayer.

We are grateful for their kindness, support, and willingness to stand alongside us and our community. Today, both our bodies and souls were nourished, and we are truly thankful for the fellowship and encouragement.

We would like to say thank you to Crossroad Church, for your prayers, generosity, and continued support of our department. Your kindness means more than you know. 🙏💙

South Jersey Family Medical Center Health Fair.

Officer Graves proudly represented the Pleasantville Police Department at the South Jersey Family Medical Center Health Fair. Not only did he show his support for health, wellness, and community engagement, but he also brought plenty of energy to the event by showing off a few of his dance moves.

Officer Graves had a great time interacting with attendees and reminding everyone that community policing is about more than just responding to calls. It is about being present, building connections, and enjoying the moments that bring us all together.

We’re always proud to see our officers getting out into the community and showing the personality behind the badge. And remember… Officer Graves may be on duty, but he’s always ready to dance for the community. 👮‍♂️💙

Events like these provide a wonderful opportunity to engage with residents while supporting organizations that promote health, wellness, and overall well-being. 🚧AVISO DE TRÁNSITO – CONSTRUCCIÓN EN LA VÍA PÚBLICA🚧

El Departamento de Policía de Pleasantville informa a los conductores que se llevarán a cabo trabajos de construcción en las siguientes vías desde el Lunes 3 de Agosto hasta el Viernes 14 de Agosto:

• Main Street
• Washington Avenue
• West Jersey Avenue
• Franklin Boulevard
• Black Horse Pike
• Chestnut Avenue

Durante este período, los conductores deben anticipar retrasos en el tránsito, cambios de carril, cierres temporales de carriles y desvíos en estas áreas y sus alrededores.

Por favor, planifique con anticipación, permita tiempo adicional para su viaje y siga todas las señales y dispositivos de control de tráfico, así como las instrucciones del personal de construcción y de los agentes del orden.

🚧 TRAFFIC ADVISORY – ROADWAY CONSTRUCTION 🚧

The Pleasantville Police Department would like to advise motorists that roadway construction will be taking place Monday, August 3 through Friday, August 14 on the following roadways:

• Main Street
• Washington Avenue
• West Jersey Avenue
• Franklin Boulevard
• Black Horse Pike
• Chestnut Avenue

During this time, motorists should expect traffic delays, lane shifts, temporary lane closures, and detours in and around these areas. Please plan ahead, allow extra travel time, and follow all posted traffic control devices and directions from construction crews and law enforcement personnel.

We encourage drivers to use alternate routes whenever possible and to exercise caution while traveling through work zones to help ensure the safety of workers and fellow motorists. Thank you for your patience and cooperation while this construction is completed.
