Holiday Park Volunteer Fire Department Allegheny County Station 236 in Plum; with Fire, Ladder, Rescue, EMS, Brush, & Special Ops.

Our services are staffed entirely by dedicated, trained volunteers and include firefighting, vehicle rescue and quick response emergency medical care. Apparatus:

In preparation for the first day of the school for the Plum Borough School District, the district's transportation team was at our fire station Tuesday night to review the new style school bus the district purchased. The district purchased four "Type D" busses that have a capacity of 84 students.

These busses are new to the school district fleet. Review included bus construction, emergency battery disconnect switching, emergency windows and hatches and other safety.

Thank you to Taye Coles from the Plum Borough School District for bringing the bus out.

Holiday Park VFD offering its annual National Preparedness Month class that offers American Heart Association HeartSaver CPR certification....

Class starts promptly at 6:30pm at the fire station.

Holiday Park VFD will offer a free Heartsaver CPR/AED class for the community on Wednesday, Sept 16, 2026 at our fire station.
