Arch Ford Education Service Cooperative

Arch Ford Education Service Cooperative We support educators and students in 26 districts in Central Arkansas. Service is our middle name!

Arch Ford Education Service Cooperative was established at UCA in 1984 along with 14 other Education Service Cooperatives in Arkansas (also known as ESC's). In 1988, we relocated to the former Plumerville School District building located in Plumerville, AR. We serve seven counties including Cleburne, Conway, Faulkner, Pope, Perry, Van Buren, and Yell Counties. Located within these seven counties,

we serve 26 school districts (in 1985, there were 35 districts), 97 school buildings, about 4500 teachers and administrators and over 50,000 students. Our governing board is comprised of the serving school districts superintendents. We are one of the largest education cooperatives in the state of Arkansas and have a staff of approximately 350 full time employees.

Arch Ford’s Dr. Julie Workman and Jacob Sisson teamed up with Vilonia High School educators to explore Growth, VAM, Achievement, and Merit Pay.

Using growth data as a compass 🧭, teams focused on how data can guide instruction and strengthen support for ALL learners.
🏕️ Notice. Wonder. Adjust. Keep moving forward!

Great work, Vilonia Eagles! 🦅

We are looking for Clinical Supervisors for ArPEP candidates who are completing their year-long residency this year. We are looking for outstanding teachers and administrators who can provide feedback based on the Aspiring Teacher rubric and have a proven track record of effectiveness. Observations must be done during the school day, so retired educators, those on a 4-day week, or those able to have flexible schedules, including higher education, may be interested.

For more information, see the form below. We have candidates across the state, so you don't have to be located in Central Arkansas! We especially need those with secondary teaching experience!

🏔️ Moving to New Heights in Learning! 🐾

North Little Rock 6–8 educators joined Arch Ford System Support Specialist for School Improvement Jacob Sisson for a deep dive into using Learning Ladders as a guide for learning.

Teachers explored how to unpack Standards and ATLAS Achievement Level Descriptors into clear learning targets that help define Success Criteria, rigorous assessment, and systems of response for intervention and enrichment.

🎯 Clear targets. Strong instruction. Responsive support. A path toward success for every learner.

Great work, North Little Rock Charging Wildcats! 💙💛🐾
