Only two weeks to go until the Summer Youth Internship program starts!

Families, we need you to come and sign waivers/medical information prior to the start of the program. Without these signed forms, students cannot start employment with us.

If you would like to come and get the paperwork completed before equipment pick-up, drop in to the DoE - main floor downstairs.

Equipment pick-up, Monday June 1 - Thursday June 4, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Families, our next important notice is for you!

Equipment pick-up for summer youth interns working at the DoE (NOT ECLC or Coeur) is June 1 - June 4, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm.

Interns do not need to attend but a parent/guardian must come to fill out medical information, sign waivers and complete a W9*.

*INTERNS WILL NOT BE ABLE TO START WORK ON JUNE 8 WITHOUT COMPLETED MEDICAL FORMS AND W9

If you wish to have the medical forms and W9 ahead of June 1, you can drop in to the DoE anytime next week and return paperwork by Thursday, June 4th.

If you have a summer job with the Department of Education (NOT ECLC or Coeur Center) today is the last day of orientation. This is a requirement for employment with us so please make an effort to attend this afternoon at 3:00 pm or 3:30 pm.
If you are on the Tribal School trip, don't worry, we have a plan for your orientation next week.
