Plymouth Township announces that the Zoning Hearing Board will hold a Special Meeting on Thursday, June 25, 2026, at 7:00 PM at the Colonial Middle School, 716 Belvoir Road, Plymouth Meeting, to begin hearings on the application for a proposed data center at 900 Conshohocken Road. Please note the change in meeting location.

The hearing will be open to the public and live-streamed.

Please note:
• Public comment will NOT be taken at the first hearing.
• The matter is expected to continue over multiple hearings due to the anticipated scope of testimony and evidence.
• The Township will announce in advance the future hearing date at which public comment is expected.

No Additional Road Restrictions on Ridge Pike for Memorial Day Weekend

May 11, 2026 – The Montgomery County Commissioners announced today that no additional lane restrictions will be in place on Ridge Pike between Belvoir Road and Chemical Road from 6:00 AM on Friday, May 22, to 9:00 AM on Tuesday, May 26, for observation of Memorial Day. Please drive safely.
