The members of Goodwill Hose Co. #2 extend our deepest condolences to fellow firefighter James Fender, his wife Aileen, and their entire family on the heartbreaking loss of their beloved son, James.

In honor of James and in recognition of his favorite color, purple, our fire company has illuminated purple lights in front of our station as a symbol of remembrance, love, and support. May these lights serve as a reminder that James’s memory will continue to shine brightly in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.

Please keep James, Aileen, and their family in your thoughts and prayers as they navigate the days ahead.
