During our February IDT we were able to recognize and celebrate SSG Seifer on his retirement after 21 years and 5 months of honorable service.

Since raising his right hand in September 2004, SSG Seifer has demonstrated unwavering commitment, resilience, and leadership. For more than two decades, he answered the call—through every mission, every challenge, and every long day—serving with integrity and setting the standard for those around him.

The impact you’ve made on your Soldiers, your unit, and your community will last far beyond your time in uniform. Thank you for the mentorship, the example, and the countless contributions that often go unseen.

During our May IDT we had the pleasure of welcoming one of our own as our new 1SG. We are excited to see all that you will accomplish 1SG Orbin. You have shown continued dedication towards our company and we know you will continue to do great things. We also extend a welcome to the Orbin family as they too step into this new role. A role that is often forgotten about, but one in which we are deeply grateful for as they care and support our 1SG throughout his career. 🇺🇸
