With a hot week ahead, we want to help our students, staff, and families stay safe, cool, and hydrated! 💧

Please take a moment to review the tips and reminders, along with PCSC’s heat safety protocol:
🌡️ Heat Index 95°–99°: Outdoor activities will be modified.�
🌡️ Heat Index 100°+: Outdoor activities will be moved indoors or canceled.

This protocol applies across PCSC, not just Athletics, but also Band, ECAs, and all school activities.
These precautions are in place to help keep our students and staff safe during extreme heat. Please remember to drink plenty of water, take breaks, seek shade or air conditioning when possible, and listen to your body. 💧🧊

Heading to the Blueberry Festival this Labor Day weekend? Park at Plymouth High School and support PCSC students while you’re here!

Official Blueberry Festival Parking begins Friday, September 4, and parking is available all Blueberry weekend!

🚗 $10 per day
🎟️ $20 weekend pass

ROCKIES FOOTBALL IS BACK TOMORROW! ❤️🏈

Before you head to the game, there are a few important things for PCSC families and students to know!

🎟️ FREE ALL-SPORTS ACCESS FOR PCSC STUDENTS
PCSC students can receive free admission to all PCSC sporting events! Parents/guardians, please complete the Google Form using the QR code on the flyer to sign your student up.

Students will be required to scan their digital pass at all gates, so sign up now and have it ready for all game days!

🍎 Student Meal Account Reminder

PCSC is committed to making sure every student has access to a nutritious meal each school day. Here are a few important reminders about meal accounts:

🥗 Students may charge a full reimbursable meal if their account does not have enough funds.

💳 Students with a negative balance may not purchase a la carte items or extras, including an additional entrée.

📬 Families with negative balances will be notified by mail, email, or phone. Payments can be made through MySchoolBucks.com, check, or cash.

Important:
Any money added to an account with a negative balance will first go toward paying that balance, including cash brought to school by a student. Funds will not be available for new purchases until the negative balance is paid.

May qualify for free or reduced-price meals?
Please apply as soon as possible! Families must submit a new application each school year.

If your family applies and is approved for free meals before the end of a month, eligible meals from that month can be adjusted to the free meal rate and the related negative balance can be removed. Once the month is closed and meal sales have been reported to the state, those charges can no longer be adjusted and the family will be responsible for the balance.

🍎 Welcome back PCSC! Please remember that we are going back to PAID, REDUCED or FREE priced meals this school year. The paid breakfast price is $2.50 and the paid lunch price is $3.50. If you were approved for free or reduced meals last school year the free/reduced application grace period ends on September 23rd, 2026. You MUST fill out a free and reduced application each school year to qualify for free or reduced meals. Once this grace period is over, meals will revert to paid. Online applications are available at nlappscloud.com.

💰 If you would like to add funds to your student's account, you can do this digitally at MySchoolBucks.com or download the MySchoolBucks app for easy online payments or at your student's front office.

All PCSC schools participate in Offer vs. Serve, allowing students to choose the meal items they will eat while reducing food waste. A complete meal includes at least three food components, with one being a fruit or vegetable.

Please note that all à la carte items must be paid for at the time of purchase.

Every student that wishes to eat at school can most certainly get lunch. We care about nurturing every student! 🍽️

As a reminder, PCSC schools dismiss early every Friday. Be sure to check the flyer for your child’s school-specific dismissal time and plan accordingly.

🎉 AND JUST LIKE THAT… WE’RE BACK! ❤️

The first day of school is officially in the books, and WOW what a day! From big smiles and new beginnings to old friends, new faces, busy hallways, and SO much excitement, our schools were filled with the energy that makes the first day so special. 🥹📚✏️

We loved seeing everyone back where they belong and watching our incredible staff welcome students with open arms.

Here’s a little glimpse at Day One across PCSC and we have a feeling this is going to be an AMAZING year! ✨
