June is Men’s Health Month. πŸ’™

There is often a strong focus on men’s physical health, but mental well-being is equally important because mental health is health. Taking care of your health includes caring for both your body and your mind. Small steps can lead to meaningful change, whether that means scheduling a checkup, staying connected, reaching out for support, or starting a conversation.

Let’s help create a community where men feel safe speaking up, seeking help, and supporting one another.

MTW District Health is here to support your health and wellness at every stage of life.
