With heavy hearts, we continue to remember our friend, colleague, and advocate, Ann "Annie" Barry.

Annie was deeply committed to supporting survivors and helping them build safer, brighter futures. Through her compassion, kindness, humor, and unwavering dedication, she touched countless lives and made a lasting impact on our community. Those who knew Annie knew that she believed wholeheartedly in the strength and resilience of survivors, and she worked every day to ensure they felt supported, heard, and empowered.

We are incredibly grateful for the outpouring of love and generosity shown in Annie's memory. Thanks to the donations made in her honor, Voices Against Violence is creating the Annie Barry Survivor Support Grant.

This grant will carry forward Annie's legacy by providing direct support to survivors—a cause she cared about deeply and championed throughout her time as an advocate. Through this fund, Annie's compassion and commitment will continue to make a difference in the lives of those seeking safety, healing, and hope.

Thank you to everyone who has honored Annie's memory through donations, kind words, and support. Together, we will ensure that her legacy lives on in the lives of the survivors she cared so much about.

Forever in our hearts. Forever part of our mission.

Thank you to everyone that participated in the 6th Annual Co****le Tournament this past Saturday! Bags were flying, raffles were wild, and both people and pups were having a blast! Thank you to the winners for donating their earnings back to Voices! Though it rained a bit, everyone had a great time and we're grateful for it!

October 17th at the Plymouth Elks Club will be our next tournament! Keep your eyes open for more details!

Big thank you to Phebe Whitworth for these handmade bears! Each one took time and dedication, and each one can bring a smile to children in need.

In crisis, a lack of control can make children feel unsafe and their "trauma brain" kicks in. When this happens, these bears' smiling faces can bring peace and comfort, helping to ground them in unstable situations.

Thank you Phebe!

Volunteers Needed!

We are looking for volunteers to help us clean out our storage unit. Unfortunately, some items have been damaged and need to be removed and taken to the transfer station by June 28th! Weekday and weekend hours available!

If you have a few hours to spare and are willing to lend a hand, your help would be greatly appreciated. This project will help us clear out unusable items and make better use of our storage space so we can continue serving survivors in our community.

Please contact us if you are interested in volunteering or would like more information. Thank you for supporting our mission and helping us make a difference!

To schedule a time to volunteer, please call the main office at 603-536-5999
