Hello, Leadership Marshall County Courage Keeper!

Welcome to the first edition of the Courage Keepers newsletter.

In a rapidly changing and uncertain world, courage is rarely about facing physical danger; it is about the social courage required to behave well in a world that doesn’t always make good behavior easy. It’s the willingness to be vulnerable, take intentional risks, and stand up for what truly matters.

Courage Keeper is built on three core pillars:

Personal Growth: Strengthening your own "courage muscle" through daily effort and practice.

Empowering Others: Helping those around you find the strength to act bravely.

Shaping Culture: Building organizations that don’t just tolerate courage but actively expect and welcome it.

We believe that while monumental acts get the headlines, it is the day-to-day brave actions that ultimately shape our lives, our leadership, and our world for the better.

We’ve been busy creating new resources to support your journey. Here is what’s happening in our community this February:

📝 Fresh Insights: Blog & Social Media

We will release new articles on the website and share fresh perspectives on LinkedIn and Facebook. From exploring the 8 Courage Pathways to practical tips on overcoming "stuck thoughts," there’s a lot to catch up on.

On the Blog: Check out our latest deep dive into the Courage GPS – with a focus on Connection

On Social: Join the conversation on LinkedIn and Facebook for daily prompts and "Courage in Action.”
