Out and about on Wednesday. This big boy is only ~4 years old, and his sister (R) is smaller and older. As you probably have already figured out, she's the boss. These two are from Halifax, another town that I cover.

Out and about, on this beautiful day after the snowstorm. It was 20 degree's out earlier when I met this 21 year old brother/sister pair. Being around these two Jersey's warmed me right up.

Today was a barnapalooza! Out and about all day on this beautiful day and I was lucky to meet these two brothers, who have been together their entire lives.

One of the benefits of being an Animal Control Officer & Animal Inspector in our wonderful town is doing barn inspections, and meeting the people and animals, at the farms. That, and being followed by a very friendly sheep that thinks he's a puppy.

Hi folks - Its barn inspection season again and in Plympton, its a busy time of year. I haven't started to make calls yet, but should be doing that either later this week or early next week. If you had an inspection last year, I'll probably need to contact you. If you'd like to connect with me here so we can arrange a time, send me a message, and lets work out a time.

Inspections usually take around 30 minutes.

Hi everybody - The weather is becoming cooler and this means we are coming into barn inspection season. This is an involved activity in Plympton. Once I receive the new list, I'll start contacting residents to set these up. This is a brief summary of the activity:

Barn inspections are designed to:

Get a good census of the domestic animal population of the town be sure that all of the animals appear to be in good health and free from disease, and observe animal housing and ensure ample food and water are supplied.
