People who live in glass houses should not throw stones. In other words, don’t complain about a lack of parking when there is a car and a truck parked on E. Water St. with inspection stickers expired in May 2025.That is over two years expired and it’s illegal to have them parked on the street. Under Virginia Code § 46.2-1157, both operating and parking a vehicle on a public roadway without a valid inspection constitutes a separate offense for each day it remains uncompliant. Take care of your own offenses before you start bullying someone else! Picture for attention
