NOTICE TO ALL RESIDENTS!
Monday, November 3, 2025 starting at 8am, Fire Protection of Arkansas will be here to perform routine inspections of your fire extinguishers. You may place your fire extinguisher on your front porch by 8am on Monday to avoid us having to come into your apartment. If your fire extinguisher is not on your front porch, we will be entering the unit to inspect it.

Pocahontas Housing Authority is seeking proposals from qualified and licensed pest control contractors to provide routine preventative pest control services, as well as bed bug and termite treatment services, for two separate properties totaling 185 units and related facilities.

The RFP packet for each property, which outlines the SOW, schedule, qualifications, and submission requirements, is available upon request. Proposals must be received no later than 11/3/2025 4:00pm at the address/email listed above. Late submissions will not be accepted.
