Hello Friends,
Our monthly raffle is a Maple Themed Bucket! So far we have some Poestenkill maple syrup, homemade jam, quilted maple themed table runner, maple cookies, maple taffy, and some maple candy all in a maple syrup collection bucket! We would love for any donation you might like to add, especially homemade items. Please drop off your donation at the library and we will add it to the bucket.
The tickets are $2 or 3 for $5. The drawing will be March 31, 2025 at our next Friends' meeting. Hope you can join us!

Friends of the Poestenkill Library have another exciting raffle opportunity. Thanks to a generous donation from Proctor’s Theater, The Friends are raffling a certificate for two tickets to the Broadway sensation Life of Pi! In addition to the certificate for tickets to see Life of Pi at Proctors, The Friends are also including a copy of the novel by Yann Martel with the prize package, as well as a DVD of the Walt Disney Studios 2013 motion picture adaptation of Life of Pi directed by Oscar winner Ang Lee, and a small plush tiger. The total prize package is valued at over $175.

Raffle entries for this drawing are $2 each or 3 for $5. Tickets are on sale this week only, with the prize drawing to be held on Saturday 2/8 at the close of the Chocolate Friendzy. Please note, the lucky winner will need to contact the Proctor’s Box Office directly to redeem the certificate for seats to the show time of their choice. Life of Pi is in town from 2/18 - 2/23.
