I'm not quite sure where to even start because thank you seems so inadequate. I cannot begin to put into words how thankful and grateful I am for the support, the kind words, and most importantly, the prayers.
I'm humbled and honored with your choice for me to continue to serve on the Mason County Board of Education. Over the years of working, I have learned so much. I've learned it's better to listen, to be open and ask for different perspectives in finding solutions, and that sometimes the right decision isn't the popular one. My hope is that I've become someone our kids can look up to and our county be proud of.
Over these past few months, God placed Proverbs 3: 5-6 and Galatians 6:9 on my heart. I prayed for His will, not mine, to always go before me, and to lead, guide, and direct me. I'm thankful for the opportunities He gave me to glorify Him. God has been so good! ❤️
Thank you, again, to all those that helped! My family (the best team anyone could ever ask for), my friends (for the words of encouragement at just the right time), and everyone else that supported me with a vote, a sign in your yard, and a prayer. It didn't go unnoticed!
