The HB96 sub-committee will meet on Monday, August 10, at 2:00 PM at 6400 Olde Stone Crossing, Poland, OH. The sub-committee will approve minutes from a prior meeting then meet in executive session to continue discussions regarding security plans. There will be no other action.

Poland Village Council will hold a special meeting Tuesday, August 4, 2026, at 7 pm at Town Hall, located at 308 S. Main St., Poland, Ohio 44514. The only agenda items will be the discussion/action of hiring a new full-time police department employee and possible culvert repairs.

Poland Villlage Council will hold a Special Meeting on Tuesday, June 2, 2026, at 7:00 PM. The meeting will be at Village Hall.

The lone agenda item is a discussion of wraps/beautification of Village-owned traffic light control boxes near intersections within the Village. No other business will be discussed. Council may take action at the meeting.

The Village HB96 Cybersecurity Committee will meet on Friday, May 22, at 1:30 PM at 6400 Olde Stone Crossing Poland, OH. The Committee will meet in executive session to discuss a cybersecurity policy.

A reminder to parents about Village ordinances related to e-bikes and e-scooters:

1. Anyone under the age of 18 who operates an electric bike or scooter must wear a helmet with the chin strap buckled.

2. Anyone operating an electric bike or scooter must obey all applicable traffic laws.

3. E-bikes and e-scooters may not be operated anywhere within the Poland Municipal Forest.

Please bear in mind that these requirements may differ from state law or the requirements of surrounding communities, including Poland Township.
