Wasatch, an Indian word meaning “beautiful vista,” is a fitting description for this 300 acre private woodland retreat and the perfect getaway destination for families, couples and friends! Just one hour southwest of Indianapolis, Indiana in Owen County this cozy, country retreat is open year around and offers the tranquility of 7 lakefront cabins, the beautiful 9,000 square foot Long House Lodge and 12 miles of hiking trails- all nestled around a 50 acre stocked lake. Each cabin comes with a fully equipped kitchen, a fireplace, grill and bonfire pit. Relax on your cabin's private dock or row around the lake in a Wasatch-provided rowboat, canoe, kayak, paddle board or our paddletoon. No fishing license needed! 🇺🇸 Thank you 777 Wedding Films for capturing these stills from our 4th of July Party! 🇺🇸

Thank you to everyone who joined us to celebrate America's 250th this past weekend! The rain pushed the fireworks back, but we moved the party inside the Lodge where we played games and ate our Flag Cake until we had a rain-free window around 11pm!

Thankful to for bringing the party bar bus and being adaptable during the storm!

Super, super thankful to for bringing the most amazing BBQ spread we could've asked for. Heather and Dee can COOK! The smoked meats were perfect, no sauce needed (although their signature sauce is so good!). The sides were just like your Grandma makes; no corners cut!
