Don't forget that the Library has Blessing Bags available at the library to be picked up this summer! So happy to be able to partner with the More than Food Foundation

Franklin County, you all are truly incredible! You have shown up and supported children in our community in so many ways over the years, but it is a true privilege to partner alongside you as we serve rural communities in this capacity. Because of your support, there are multiple public libraries and churches that are hosting bags for children to access this summer!

Locations with FREE food for children:

Pomona Community Library

Wellsville City Library has an established program thanks to Wellsville United Methodist Church.
•We are here to provide a boost if they need it!

Williamsburg Community Library

Richmond Public Library already has a program in place thanks to a local group.
•We are here to provide a boost if they need it!

As of June 8th, Princeton, Ks. United Methodist Church is also hosting bags for pick up on Monday nights from 4pm - 6pm!

Today is the day! Come to the Pomona Community Library today at 11 a.m. to do some fun egg crafts!

We'll be excavating dinosaurs out of ice and creating thumb tack dinosaur eggs!

Even if you're not able to be here at 11, come by any time today and join in the crafting fun while supplies last!

🎨 Kansas Coloring Contest Alert!
The Kansas State Grange is hosting a fun Coloring Contest open to kids (ages 5-17) and adults 18+! No Grange membership required.
✨ Two different official coloring pages this year:

Ages 5–9 & 10–13
Ages 14–17 & 18+

Prizes for each age group:
🥇 1st Place: $20
🥈 2nd Place: $15
🥉 3rd Place: $10

Deadline: August 31, 2026

How to enter:
