Door-knocking, yard signs, and a well-earned cappuccino. ☕️

Grateful for every neighbor who opens the door, every friend who puts on the shirt, and every volunteer who helps plant signs on streets that feel like home.

Stopped at How You Brewin for my favorite cup…a perfect cappuccino and a reminder of why I love this city. Local spots like this are the heartbeat of Pompano. Support them. Sit a minute. Talk to people.

This is how I’m spending these weeks: on porches, in driveways, and over coffee with the people who make District 1 special.

Door knocking days are the best!

Out in District 1 delivering yard signs with an incredible resident who jumped right in to help knock on doors and spread the word. That’s the kind of neighbor-to-neighbor energy that makes this city special.

Every conversation reminds me why I’m running…so I can actually be your voice.

Residents are sharing what they want to see: safer streets, support for our local businesses, responsible growth, and a Pompano Beach that still feels like home.

And the sweetest surprise of the day? Homemade cookies from a neighbor. Can’t beat that….😋

What an incredible week in the city I love. 💙

I had the honor of participating in the Greater Pompano Beach Chamber of Commerce candidate forum…a chance to talk about the issues that matter to families and small businesses in District 1 and to listen to neighbors.

Then we gathered at beautiful Oceanic for our campaign event overlooking the water. The turnout, the conversations, the energy in the room… it meant everything.

Thank you to every person who came out, to the volunteers who made it run smoothly, and to Oceanic for hosting us in such a special spot.

This campaign is about all of us…residents who want honest leadership, strong public safety, support for local businesses, and a Pompano Beach that stays special for the next generation.

Grateful beyond words. Let’s keep going.

Had a wonderful evening at Beneath the Blue 2026 with Greg and community leaders.

A vision for Pompano Beach is critical. Without one, we drift. With one, we protect what we love, set a standard, and actually get things done.

That is the leadership I believe in. Keep our beaches and neighborhoods looking like we care about them. Support the people and businesses who invest here. And make sure the future of this city is planned on purpose, not left to chance.

Grateful to be in the room with people who share that mindset. Pompano Beach is worth a clear vision and the work to carry it out.

This week is a big one…and I’m READY!

Thursday morning I’ll be on stage at the Greater Pompano Beach Chamber of Commerce Candidates Forum. Hear both District 1 candidates. Ask the questions. Then decide.

Thursday evening, join me at Oceanic on the Pier for our Coastal Campaign Fundraiser. Light bites, real conversation, and the people who are already all-in on moving Pompano forward.

I don’t duck the stage. I don’t hide from the issues. I’ve lived here, raised my family here, built a business here and I am confident because I know this community.

Public safety is my #1 priority.
This week I met with Broward Sheriff Gregory Tony and members of his command staff. Getting that kind of meeting as a candidate…not an incumbent…matters. Residents deserve leaders who will sit down with the people responsible for keeping our city safe and work the issues now, not wait until after an election to start those conversations.

Pompano Beach families expect visible presence, real accountability, and results. That only happens when city leadership and public safety leadership are talking to each other.

Whatever direction we go in, I will listen to the residents first.

Relationships matter. I will keep showing up for our community.

Pompano Beach’s new Fishing Village Shuttle launches October 2…free, on-demand rides to the Fisher Family Pier and beach, powered by Circuit.
Perfect if you want to skip the hunt for beach parking:

1️⃣ Park free at City Hall (100 W Atlantic Blvd) or Old Town (NE 2nd St & NE 2nd Ave)

2️⃣ Open the Ride Circuit app and request a ride

3️⃣ Get dropped at the pier

You can also request a pickup from a home or business in the new green service area.

📅 Fridays–Sundays & holidays
🕚 11 AM – 10 PM

This shuttle is for trips to and from the beach / Fishing Village (not for hopping around the beach itself…use the regular Circuit beach shuttle for that).

People building things. Fixing things. Teaching our kids. Caring for our families. Running businesses. Serving our neighborhoods. Showing up early and staying late.

Labor Day is a good reminder to appreciate all of them.
