👏 👏 way to go Ms. Nancy!!! The kids and Head Start are blessed to have you leading the way, we ❤️ you!!

We have some absolutely amazing teachers in our classrooms! We want to share them with you through our Teacher Spotlights! Our first teacher is Nancy Vannoy!

⭐ Ms. Nancy has been a teacher at Ponca City Early Head Start for more than 3 years.
⭐ Nancy says her favorite memory at work was the first staff bonding event she was a part of. She said there were lots of laughs and fun with her coworkers that day. Nancy added that all of the kids are amazing, but she will never forget the first class she had! She says she always misses the ones that have to leave or age out because she gets very attached to them and they have a bond both inside and outside of school.
⭐ In her spare time Ms. Nancy loves to just hang out with her family and she enjoys going camping.
⭐ Nancy's coach says Nancy has completely embraced Conscious Discipline and implements it beautifully in her classroom. Her Baby Doll Circle Time, I Love You Rituals, Wish Wells, and the language she uses in the classroom are just a few examples of how she uses Conscious Discipline so well.

Today we celebrate you, Ms Nancy! We're happy to have you as part of our school family! 💕
