We are excited to host our Family Game Night on September 22, 2026, from 6:00–7:00 PM!
This event is generously sponsored by Phillips 66, and we would love to have a great turnout to show our appreciation for their continued support of our school. They will be providing pizza, snacks, and drinks for everyone to enjoy.

We will have math, logic, and board games for families to enjoy at every age level.

Please be sure to RSVP by scanning the QR code on the flyer so that we can plan accordingly and have plenty of pizza for the evening.

If you are walking to pick up your student, regardless of age, please cross at the corner of McCord Rd. and Sherwin Ave. Your student will be waiting for you at the West Entrance of the school. If you plan to walk up, please call the office by 2:30 p.m. so we can make sure your child is in the correct location to meet you.

Additionally, our Pre-K and Kindergarten car pick-up lines are a little longer than they have been in the past. Please line up on South McCord Rd. and do not line up on Sherwin Avenue. Keeping Sherwin Avenue clear allows our buses to leave safely once they are loaded.

Departure Procedures
If you are picking up your child from PK & K Pick-up, please line-up down McCord Rd and do not line up on Sherwin Avenue.

If you are picking up your child at parent walk-up, please cross on Sherwin Avenue at the corner of McCord Rd and Sherwin Avenue.

School’s Out — Let’s Talk PICK-UP!

Another day of learning is in the books and now it’s time to reunite with your awesome kiddos!

PreK, Kindergarten & their siblings
📍 Picked up in the West Circle Drive on McCord Road
⏰ Starts at 3:15 PM

1st–6th Grade
📍 Picked up in the South Circle Drive on Sherwin Ave (main entrance)
⏰ Begins at 3:15 PM

Stay in your car and we'll bring your child to you! Need to help with buckling? Use the middle lane for PreK/K or park across from the bus loop.

Families who want to walk up should use the designated walk-up area on the corner of McCord and Sherwin Ave. Please use the crosswalk!

Change of plans? Let the office know before 2:30 PM so we can get the message to your child.

As a reminder, school begins at 8:00am this year. If you child is eating breakfast please arrive by 7:50am to ensure they have enough time to eat breakfast before class begins.
