Our first 3 day weekend is almost here, Little Pirates!

Reminder: Please communicate all transportation changes to Ms. Kim Farrington in the front office before 2:00 p.m. You may also let your child’s teacher know, but Ms. Kim is the primary contact for all transportation changes.

If you need to check your child out early, we ask that you do so before 2:00 p.m.

These procedures are in place for the safety of all our students and to help ensure every child gets home safely. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

Our schoolwide fundraiser kicks off Monday, August 24th!

Be on the lookout for fundraising packets coming home with your Little Pirate. Students can earn fun prizes and daily Sea Critter Krewe collectibles as they participate—and our TOP SELLER will take home a 51-inch Soki the Great White plush shark! 🦈

But there’s more! Our top seller will also earn ONE LiveSchool point for EVERY STUDENT in their House! That could mean a BIG boost toward earning the next House Party!

Families can register online using the QR code on the flyer to receive their Seller ID and start sharing right away.

Our student halls are looking AMAZING! We love seeing all of the awesome work our Little Pirates have been doing already this school year.

What a great night at PDLE!

Thank you to all of our families who joined us for our Title I Family Night! We enjoyed spending the evening together, sharing important Title I information, enjoying pizza, and connecting with our Pirate families.

A special thank you to PAEC and the University of Florida for partnering with us and sharing the New Worlds Reading Initiative with our families. Our students were especially excited to receive a FREE copy of Skater Cielo!

Thank you to everyone who helped make tonight possible and to our families for continuing to support PDLE. We love our Little Pirate community! 🏴‍☠️
