🩵 Thank you for another amazing year at Ocean Palms Elementary!

🦦 Together, we have accomplished some amazing things this school year. We have enriched the school experience of both our students and staff in ways that would not have been possible without the support of our school community.

💪 Whether you purchased an Otter Booster membership, shared your time as a volunteer, attended a school event or participated in a fundraiser, you have helped to make Ocean Palms the best school around.

☀️ We’re already working to be ready for next year - we’ll be ready to hit the ground running in August! In the meantime, we wish you a break filled with the perfect mix of relaxation and adventure. Happy summer, Otters!!

Thank you to Stacey Mayer and Katie Bridges for planning Fifth Grade Celebration Week! Our students have had great food, treats and activities during a week of fun. This morning, they attended a beautiful promotion ceremony and they have one more day of good times tomorrow!

🩵 This week, our PTO says goodbye to a group of women who have given their time to OPE over cumulative DECADES. They’ve served in almost every role we have to offer - Vice President, Treasurer, Staff Appreciation Week Planner, Book Fair Chair, Volunteer Coordinator, Resident Artist… they’ve Room Parented the heck outta things… and they’ve shown up time and again when the call for help has gone out. (A couple of them loved OPE so much they ended up working here!)

Stacey Mayer, Katie Bridges, Kara Lenz, Abby Wilcox, Kathleen Alcombright and Nicole Rogerson - we owe you our sincerest thanks and wish you and your youngest Otters well as you move on to middle school. 🦦🌴
