🌟 The Role: Hire, train, and schedule staff while coordinating activities and detailed record-keeping.
🌙 The Shift: Overnight position (primarily 9pm/10pm – 6am/7am) plus weekend on-call
📅 The Routine: Schedule will be likely Sunday through Thursday, plus monthly weekend on-call.
