Owner of Poolesville Hardware since 1987, customers constantly speak of John’s willingness to go above and beyond to meet their needs and help them solve whatever problem comes their way. John is also an avid supporter of Scouts, and has worked hard to bring the Classic Car Show back to the community at Poolesville Day this year. Congratulations on this honor, John!!

Thanks for all those who have submitted nominations for this year’s Poolesville Day Grand Marshal! If you know of someone who has provided outstanding acts of service and is dedicated to improving our community, please nominate them! The deadline for nominations is July 31st!

In 1992, Poolesville held its first “Poolesville Day”. The event was a small affair, but it continued to be held each year, growing in size and in the number of vendors, entertainment venues, and attendees.

It’s that time again, Poolesville!! Grand Marshal nominations are now open. We’re looking for an individual or group who has made exceptional and lasting contributions to the town of Poolesville and its surrounding areas.

The Poolesville Day Committee, Incorporated was established to provide a permanent, stable organization to plan and run Poolesville Day, an annual celebration of the Town of Poolesville in Montgomery County, Maryland and its history, citizens, character, and community spirit.

So many vendors have already grabbed their spots at Early Bird pricing— over half our slots are already full!!

Early Bird pricing ends TOMORROW (April 30th). Vendors, exhibitors, and food trucks — get those applications in now! And sponsors, sign up now too to get your booth spots and more marketing leading up to the big day.

After tomorrow, previous vendors will not get the same spot as last year.
