Port Aransas TX: Tropical Dpression 9 has formed and may develop into a Tropical Storm shortly before landfall tomorrow morning. We are expecting locally heavy rainfall (2"-5") and heavy winds (gusts to 50mph possible). Secure items as best you can. Rain begins later tonight and continues through Tuesday afternoon. Hazardous beach conditions are expected. Landfall still expected between Baffin Bay and Brownsville. Conditions CAN change quickly so stay prepared.
