Physical boundaries involve personal space and touch, helping us feel comfortable and respected. Mental boundaries support our thoughts, values, and opinions, even when they differ from others. Time boundaries protect our energy by helping us decide how we spend our time and when to say no. Digital boundaries guide how and when we engage with technology and communication. Workplace boundaries keep us grounded at a place you spend most of your time. Relational boundaries help us manage our interpersonal relationships by giving clear guidelines as to what is acceptable.
