Supporting our local community! Today we had the opportunity to attend Ridgewood Elementry in Port Neches where we had the pleasure of meeting Mrs Haydon, a strong mother and a teacher. Her son charlie was diagnosed with Acute Lymphomia Leukemia at the age of 16 months. This has been a very difficult time for this family and we were able to provide them with a $200 gas card for their trips to Texas Children’s Hospital in Houston and some gifts for Charlie. Prayers for this family ❤️ If you want to help this family, please visit Charlie’s tribe.

We've had such an abundance of appreciation from the community in raising much needed items for us. We've got a lot of items at the MSU in the break room downstairs! PLEASE come by and get anything you may need. A member from the Sabine River Branch CGEA (Coast Guard Enlisted Association) will be present from 10:00 until 2:00 this weekend, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, to help families get items and ensure anyone threat needs to get inside can. Please come out and get food, toiletries, dog/ cat food, cleaning supplies, snacks, diapers, wipes and many other items! We're here for you!

Many thanks to the Golden Triangle Chapter, Chief Petty Officers Association (CPOA) for hitting the ground hard since this shutdown has started and setting up, rounding up, and getting very much needed supplies for our members here.
