Update: We have been informed that Hampton Township does have assessors out and part of Port Byron is covered by their area. We will always suggest if you are unsure, ask for ID.

The Village of Port Byron has received calls on people in homeowners yards and claiming to be assessors. They are not affiliated with our local assessor and you should call the R I County Sherriff to report.
