At Everett Naval station, NCB-18 repaired a section of a paver walkway that had settled and become uneven over time. About 400 square feet was pulled up, the base was reworked and compacted, and the pavers were set back in place with the proper grade for drainage.
The goal was to correct the problem area and leave it in better condition than it was found. The surface is now level, drains properly, and is safer for daily use.
At the Marvin Shields Memorial, the team also pressure washed and re-stained the pergola, cleaning it up and helping preserve the space.
