We provide innovative services and activities designed to increase self -discovery and instill positive core values and decision-making skills that will keep youth safe and allow them to lead healthy and productive lives. Our programs are based on the needs and input of youth, family and the community and are recognized as national models for quality and creativity. As a nonprofit community agency, Youth Services is devoted to advocacy for youth.

Free Girls Who Code Class:

U of M is looking for applicants for their 2021 Girls Who Code Club, which will meet weekly September 21, 2021 - May 10, 2022 from 6:30-7:45 p.m via Zoom.

The free Club provides a supportive environment for high school students to learn how to code. The curriculum is focused on data analysis with Python, where participants will learn core coding concepts and implement their new skills in a data science project of their choosing.

The program is geared towards high school students, and applicants should be rising 10-12th graders. We do not expect applicants to have any prior coding knowledge!
