VFW Tri-State Naval Ship 7241 At one time, there were 12 in all. We are always looking for new members to join our ranks and help us help others.

We are a veteran's organization that seeks to help our brother and sister comrades who served in the United States Navy, Marine Corps or Coast Guard during/in theaters of combat operations abroad as well as their families and the community at large through events and functions sponsored by our members and our Ladies' Auxiliary. We are only one of two VFW posts in the US designated as Naval Ships. We are always looking to be of service in helping the VFW, shipmates, veterans and their families as well as the local community, whenever possible. A great big "Thank You" to the Sauschuck family and the local businesses/sponsors for such a great Veterans' Gala on Sunday June 14 (Flag Day) at the Erie Trackside for our local veterans from the area. It was a reminder that we also celebrated 80 years as a post in Port Jervis this month. God bless!

A reminder to the Tri-States/Port Jervis/Deerpark community about this coming Memorial Day:
There will be NO PARADE as of this year.

We will be meeting at 11 AM on Monday, May 25, 2026at Orange Veterans Park in Port Jervis for a memorial service as we usually do. All are welcome to join us and honor our fallen servicemen and women on this our 250th anniversary year. Ne safe, God bless and hope to see you with us.
