Big shout-out to South Kitsap Fire and Rescue — and especially Community Risk Reduction Officer, Trace Richards — for helping us with our CPR/First Aid re-certification!

This training is essential not just for small businesses (especially contractors) and community agencies, but for everyone. Basic CPR and First Aid truly save lives — and I hope more people take the time to reach out to our fire district to learn or re-certify their skills.

Aside from being an all-around great guy, Trace delivers an engaging, informative, and hands-on course that makes a real difference.
