Port Beach is closing at 3 pm for swimming today, Sunday, September 6, 2026, due to the unavailability of lifeguard coverage.

For the safety of our residents and visitors, swimming is prohibited while the beach is closed.

The City of Port Republic Annual Cardboard Duct Tape Boat Regatta is back! Get creative, build your boat, and see if you can make it across the finish line without sinking! 🌊😂

🍂 Free Flu Vaccine Clinics – Atlantic County 🍂

The Atlantic County Division of Public Health is offering FREE flu vaccine clinics for residents 18 years and older at locations throughout Atlantic County. No appointment is needed!

📅 Clinics begin September 16 and continue throughout the fall, with several convenient locations in our area.

👧 Pediatric flu vaccinations are also available by appointment in Northfield and Hammonton.

Help us keep Port Republic beautiful! Join us on Friday, September 25th from 4:00–5:00 PM at Harry Bowen Memorial Park for our Fall City-Wide Cleanup.

🍂 T-shirts and cleanup supplies provided
🍽️ Free dinner & refreshments after the cleanup
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 All ages welcome!
