IMPORTANT NOTICE: NEW WATER/UTILITY BILL PAYMENT PORTAL

The City of Port Richey is pleased to announce the launch of our new online water bill/utility payment system! This upgraded payment portal is designed to provide residents with a more convenient, user-friendly, and efficient way to access their utility billing information and manage their accounts online.

We strongly encourage all utility customers to register for the new payment portal as soon as possible. While the transition to the new system is underway, our goal is for this portal to eventually become the City's primary online utility payment system.

How to Register for the New Payment Portal:

Visit our new payment website: https://portricheyfl.payacp.com
Select “Payment Portal.”
Click “Register” to create your account.
Follow the on-screen prompts to complete your registration.
IMPORTANT: PLEASE UPDATE YOUR PAYMENT INFORMATION

If you currently have automatic payments set up through the old portal, you must cancel your existing automatic payment arrangement before registering and setting up automatic payments through the new portal.
This does not apply to ACH payments set up using a voided check, which will continue as usual. This will help prevent confusion or potential duplicate payments.

If you have questions about registering, making a payment, or accessing your utility account, please contact the City of Port Richey Utilities Department at 727-816-1900 or [email protected]

ISAIAS | 5 a.m. Update.

There have been no major track changes. Winds are now up to 80 mph and still forecasted to reach 110 mph in less than 24 hours before weakening as it approaches the coast late Friday due to the strong shear.

This mornings radar is not as bad as the last couple of mornings, however, we can expect another wet, rainy day.

Many roads in our area are experiencing flooding. Please be safe and use caution if you are headed out today.
