Did you know that dogs are welcome at Werner-Boyce Salt Springs State Park? We love seeing you and your furry friends walking the trails in our park but ask that you please remember to clean up after your dogs and to place the waste and trash in one of our trash cans placed on the trails.

Thank you to everyone who came out to support the CSO and the park for our First Annual Easter Egg Hunt🐣

Some of the children had fun coloring while we waited for all the families to arrive and the Scavenger Hunt to begin along Eagle Trail. One of our Park Rangers, Karen, and one of our Americorp members, Donna, joined in on the fun walking Eagle Trail during the Scavenger Hunt, teaching everyone about the park and our Eagle nest. All of the children enjoyed picking out a prize for participating in the Scavenger Hunt. We took a water and snack break before beginning the main event, the Easter Egg hunt. The children were surprised when they ran into the Easter 🐰who happened to be hiking on Spring Trail!!! Some of the families had the opportunity to see one of our Eagles soaring through the park and viewing the Eagle nest for their first time.
